Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Perola eSIM app and website, operated by Perola E SIM Store, an individual establishment registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain (CR No. 197314-1) (“Perola”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or buying a plan, you agree to them.
1. Who can use Perola
You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and be able to enter into a binding contract.
2. The service
Perola sells prepaid eSIM data plans supplied through our eSIM network partners. Coverage, speed and availability depend on the local networks in each destination and can vary. Plans provide mobile data only unless the plan says otherwise.
3. Your device
You need an eSIM-compatible phone that is not locked to a carrier. The compatibility check in the app is a guide, not a guarantee; you are responsible for confirming that your device is compatible before you buy.
4. Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person. We may suspend or close an account used for fraud or abuse, or in breach of these Terms.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the app before you buy and include VAT where it applies. Amounts shown in other currencies are for reference; you are charged in the currency shown at checkout. Payments are processed by MyFatoorah. Promo codes are subject to their own conditions and may be withdrawn at any time.
6. Activation and validity
Each plan shows its data allowance, its validity period and when that period starts before you buy. Unused data expires at the end of the validity period.
7. No refunds
All sales are final once your eSIM has been issued. We do not offer refunds, including for unused data or a plan you no longer need.
If your eSIM does not work because of a technical problem on our side or the network’s, contact [email protected]. We will troubleshoot it and, at our discretion, reissue or replace the eSIM.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
8. Sharing an eSIM
You can share an eSIM you bought with another person by email. You are responsible for choosing who you share it with.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use Perola or its eSIMs for anything unlawful, resell our plans without our written permission, or use them in a way that harms the networks or other users. We may suspend an eSIM used this way.
10. Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for network outages or coverage gaps, or for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan concerned.
11. Changes to these Terms
When we update these Terms we change the date at the top. For significant changes, we will also tell you in the app or by email. If you keep using Perola after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, whose courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
